Tamarind Restaurant

Tamarind, located in downtown Salt Lake City across from the Eccles Center, is a new funky, fusion Vietnamese restaurant. In advance of their grand opening, they hired me to photograph their visual delights for the self-service kiosks, as well as promotional materials. Yum!
